Dirt Work and Grading
Grading is another service we provide to help smooth out areas of your property when it becomes washed out. We can also use our equipment to create building pads or improve other areas of your property you would like to be made level or have dirt added to.
That can be accomplished a few different ways. It can be done by using material already there that may have been washed down and put it properly back in place, have new material brought in to fill in any areas, whether it be gravel or dirt, or salvage dirt from another area on the property if it is available. We can take care of the prep work before hand as well to get access to your pad site if you are planning to build, whether it be land clearing for the pad area and driveway or forestry mulching to open up the area around it. We can take care of it all anywhere in Knoxville, TN or surrounding counties!
