Copper Ridge Land Services is a small, family-owned business based out of Rocky Top, Tennessee, proudly serving Knoxville and surrounding counties.
My name is Seth, and I started Copper Ridge Land Services in 2020 after spending more than a decade working in the industry. With the support and help of my beautiful wife, Jessica, who helps keep things running behind the scenes, we’ve been able to grow this business into what it is today.
Over the years, we’ve continued to invest in equipment and expand our capabilities. Our fleet includes one of the most powerful skid steers available in East Tennessee, making forestry mulching and tough overgrowth a breeze. We also have a 963C track loader for larger land-clearing projects and an excavator for creek banks, drainage areas, and other hard-to-manage terrain. If your project requires equipment we don’t currently have, we also have access to additional machines to help get the job done.
Our primary focus is forestry mulching and land clearing, but we’re always happy to help with other land-management needs. If there’s something we don’t currently offer, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction and help you find a solution.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: we want our customers to be happy with their land and proud of the work we’ve done.
Owning a small business can be a lot of work and sometimes feels like a 24/7 job, but seeing a project come together, helping customers reach their land goals, and having the support of family and friends makes it all worthwhile.
